New food outlets open in city
PATNA: This festive season Patnaites have received a wonderful gift with the opening of various new food outlets.
Adding to the list of food hubs, this Diwali, Haldiram – the famous national food brand – has arrived at the city’s Jagdeo Path. Due to the festive season, there is rush of customers for sweets. They are offering great varieties in rasogulla, gulab jamun, rasmalai, petha, soan papdi, badam halwa, ladoo and barfi this season.
Within a week of its launch, it has received thousands of footfalls and its restaurant area is almost crowded with milling customers.
Another recently-opened food brand is – ‘Bangs’ – the Chennai-based fried chicken restaurant brand, recognized for its tasty burgers and fried chicken. This arrived in the city recently at P& M Mall food court.
Its mouth-watering menu includes burgers, wraps and pasta, along with a large number of sidekicks, tempting desserts and drinks. Big bang burger, Big bang bucket chicken and veg-burgers are the most lip-smacking items available here.
For fish lovers, Bangs has fish items too. The price range of food items here starts from Rs 25 a burger. Chicken products are available at a starting price of Rs 50.
“All the products have been made by special chefs from Chennai and we have our own special recipe for making these. We also use our own special spices for cooking,” manager, Bangs, Vijay Anand said.
